Dispute Resolution and Appeals Process

FisheryProgress’ Processes for Addressing Concerns About FIP Information on FisheryProgress outlines the site’s processes for addressing concerns about data and information published on the website, including:

  • Reviewing Reported Incidents of Forced Labor, Human Trafficking, or Child Labor; and
  • Dispute Resolution and Appeals Process

Appeals must be submitted using the appeals template (available to download here) and supported by credible evidence. Concerns and information related to reported incidents of forced labor, human trafficking, or child labor within a FIP are handled separately from the dispute and appeals resolution process. Stakeholders may share information and evidence related to reported incidents they believe meet FisheryProgress’ criteria by completing the Reported Incident template available to download here. Questions about the processes outlined or how to file an appeal or to submit evidence of a reported incident may be directed to contact@fisheryprogress.org.
